At Kisasa ESG Consultants, we:

​

• Conduct environmental and social due diligences (ESDDs);

​

• Provide strategic guidance on how to approach, manage and mitigate environmental and social risks and impacts;

​

• Provide strategic guidance on the establishment and running of project-related foundations, community trusts and/or cooperatives;

​

• Review, develop, implement and monitor environmental and social management systems (ESMSs);

​

• Monitor labour and accommodation standards;

​

• Undertake construction and operational monitoring against Lenders’ E&S safeguard standards;

​

• Undertake stakeholder engagement planning (SEP) and consultations;

​

• Review/upgrade environmental and social impact assessments (ESIAs), so that they are bankable;

​

• Undertake resettlement and livelihood restoration planning;

​

• Complete IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles gap analyses;

​

• Provide training on Lenders’ international E&S safeguard standards.

​

• Facilitate project and community development related workshops;

​

• Undertake project evaluations requiring third party independence, e.g. in relation to performance evaluations, close-out reports and midterm reviews;

​​

• Produce Annual Sustainability Reports, and,

​

• Serve as an External E&S Manger/Officer for companies.
